Missions Program 2011-2012

It's always exciting to begin a new adventure with the wonder and anticipation of good things to come. This year our Missions Team is heading to BELIZE to serve during March Break. Our team of 14 students will be helping in the local high school, tutoring at an orphanage, assisting in a work project, ministering in church services, and perhaps sharing our testimonies at a women's prison. In everything, we are excited to see how God will impact those we encounter.

Please make yourself aware of the following Missions Events.

  • Bottle Recycling - Bring your recyclable bottles to the school anytime. We will sort and return them for refund.
  • Missions Dessert Auction is on February 4, 2012. The students prepare and serve an amazing meal, provide entertainment, bake desserts, and assist in the auction of these tasty desserts. Please consider joining us as we raise funds for our Missions Trip. Tickets will be available in mid-January.
  • We will be loading the bus on March 12, 2012 at 8:00 and after a group time of prayer (and probably a few parting hugs) we'll leave for our trip by 8:30.

We are looking forward to encountering God in life-changing opportunities. God will impact us as we serve, and through our service, will impact others. Please join us as we serve our community, province, country, and world.

Thank you for your interest in the Missions Program at King's this year.
